Returns
- You may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at info@novacare.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used items or items not in their original condition are not eligible for a return or refund.
- Sale or promotional items are final sale unless defective.
